Terms of Service
Effective August 31, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Dialr messaging app and related services (the "Service"), provided by Dialr ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Dialr. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Dialr to:
- break the law or infringe others' rights;
- send spam, or harass, threaten, or abuse others;
- distribute malware or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- share content you don't have the right to share.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Objectionable content and abusive users
Dialr has zero tolerance for objectionable content and for abusive behaviour. Pornographic, violent, hateful, harassing, or otherwise objectionable material has no place on the Service, and neither do the people who send it.
- Report. Every message and every person can be reported from inside the app: open the chat, choose Report, and tell us what is wrong.
- Block. Blocking someone stops them messaging or calling you, removes the conversation from your chats immediately, and sends it to us for review. Blocked people are listed in Settings, where you can undo it.
- What we do. We review every report within 24 hours, remove content that breaks these Terms, and remove the accounts that sent it.
Reports can also be sent directly to [email protected].
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the messages and media you send. You are solely responsible for your content and grant us the limited rights needed to transmit, store, and deliver it as part of operating the Service.
6. Service availability
We work to keep Dialr reliable, but the Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dialr and its providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using Dialr and delete your account at any time from within the app. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
